2. Mystery Products

Mystery Scoops, Mystery Boxes, Mystery Balls, and other mystery products are sold as surprise assortments.

By purchasing a mystery product, you understand and agree that:

• Duplicate items may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ZYIA Enterprises is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers or by circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, certain purchases may be final sale.

Mystery Scoops, Mystery Boxes, and Mystery Balls are not eligible for refunds or exchanges based solely on personal preference, duplicate items, or because the customer did not receive a particular item they hoped for.

If we make an error with your order, or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging.
